PropertySMS is a revolutionary business tool for real estate agents, allowing them to quickly and easily communicate with their entire database on a regular, ongoing basis.

People tend to take a natural interest in what their neighbours’ houses are selling for. PropertySMS allows real estate agents to consistently provide this information to the people they know, in a fast and convenient way.

Whenever a home is sold within close distance of a property that is owned by the contact, the PropertySMS app will generate a personalised message for that contact. The message will provide details about the sale, including the sale price and the number of bedrooms and bathrooms in the home. In most cases, the message will also mention the distance between the contact’s address and the sold property. This message can then be sent to the intended recipient as a regular sms, with the simple tap of the send button.

Behind the scenes, the PropertySMS team take care of collecting and handling the property sales data. This allows the user to deliver these messages to a massive number of contacts in just seconds. Without our technology, sending these messages would take hours.

During a very easy setting-up process, we ask some questions about the style of language the real estate agent wishes to use in their sms messages. This information is used to make sure the messages generated are as authentic as possible, however it is also easy to edit or delete the messages on a case by case basis. Additionally, our template selection algorithms have been designed to ensure natural variation in wording from one message to the next.

We monitor and display how long it has been since each contact last received a PropertySMS text message, as well as the number of messages that have been generated for the contact in the past 4 weeks. Displaying this information allows users to control and limit the number of text messages each contact receives.

Additional features included:

-Users create their contact list by adding contacts individually, or can also import them from their phone contact list, or an existing spreadsheet.

-Messages are customised according to whether or not the property in question is a home address or an investment property.

-If for any reason you don’t like a particular text message, a ‘recreate’ button allows you to instantly create a new variation of the message, containing the same information but with different wording.
